Power Grid Electric operates as a service coordination and referral platform. Our role is to connect customers with independent, third-party contractors who provide electrical and related trade services.

Our Role

Power Grid Electric does not perform electrical installation, repair, or construction work. All services arranged through Power Grid Electric are carried out by independent subcontractors who operate their own businesses and are not employees, partners, or agents of Power Grid Electric.

Contractor Responsibility

Each subcontractor is solely responsible for:

• The quality of workmanship

• Compliance with all applicable electrical codes, laws, and regulations

• Holding all required licenses, permits, and certifications

• Carrying their own insurance, including liability insurance

• Any damages, defects, delays, or losses arising from their work

Power Grid Electric does not supervise, control, or direct how subcontractors perform their work.

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Power Grid Electric is not liable for any damages, injuries, losses, or disputes arising from work performed by subcontractors

• Any claims or issues must be addressed directly with the subcontractor who performed the service

• Power Grid Electric does not guarantee outcomes, pricing, timelines, or workmanship

No Warranties

Power Grid Electric makes no express or implied warranties regarding services provided by subcontractors, including warranties of workmanship, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Customer Acknowledgement

By booking or proceeding with services arranged through Power Grid Electric, you confirm that you understand and accept that Power Grid Electric’s role is limited to coordination and referral only, and that all responsibility for the work lies with the independent contractor.
